THE LARGEST FESTIVAL IN THE STATE: Three Things to Know About Wichita’s Riverfest

Riverfest is the largest and longest continuously running festival in the state and one of the largest outdoor festivals in the nation. If you’re new to Wichita or need a recap, here are three things to know about one of Wichita’s most #RelentlesslyOriginal events.

1. Riverfest supports an artist-in-residence every year. The visiting artist engages with Wichitans throughout the festival with their own art installations and activities.
